I made a purchase on your website, and Abner noticed that I had paid excessive shipping fees due to a technical error on the site. He immediately took care of the issue and issued a refund on his own initiative.

After the package arrived, there was a small misunderstanding regarding one of the items. Even though I didn’t ask for a refund, Abner refunded me right away kindly and without any unnecessary delay. Out of personal integrity, I made sure to return the refund to him, because according to our Torah, taking something that isn’t yours is considered theft, which is forbidden.
